While Sherry is no longer a licensed real estate agent and does not represent buyers or sellers directly, she draws on years of real estate experience to help you clarify what you’re looking for and match that with the right community and type of home. Why I created a community‑first relocation service
Over the years I’ve watched many people start their move by falling in love with a house online, only to discover later that the community wasn’t the right fit. Maybe the ferry schedule was more stressful than they expected, healthcare was harder to access, winter felt too dark and quiet, or the pace of life just didn’t match what they pictured.
After my own moves between Metro Vancouver, the Gulf Islands, and Vancouver Island, and years working in real estate, it became clear that most people weren’t getting help with the first and most important question: “Which community is actually right for how I want to live?”
VIP Relocation Services was created to fill that gap. Instead of pushing you toward one town or one property, I help you step back, compare communities honestly, and make a decision you’ll still feel good about years from now.
